They are offering a 14 day “test drive.” Located in the Wakefield Commons shopping center this gym offers a workout that you won’t forget! Do you like workouts that are in a group setting but allow you to work at your own pace? If so, Orange Theory is meant for you. When you enter the gym the lights are low and the music is loud. You will either warm up at a treadmill or row station. After your warm up your trainer will explain and demonstrate the exercises for the class. You will work at your own pace to complete each exercise but you are also working as a group. Orange Theory does not repeat workouts and allows for you to train at your own pace. The trainers are personable from the moment you enter the room with a high five to a round of applause once you have completed your hour workout.
