The Human Relations Council of Wake Forest is ready to start accepting applications for ‘The Good Neighbor of the Year Award’! This annual event gives Wake Forest residents a chance to bring a little recognition to someone who has made an important and positive difference in the community sometime over the last year.
Nominations are being accepted in two categories: Adult & Youth (ages 13-18). To nominate one of your fellow Town of Wake Forest neighbors, just download the nomination form and mail it in before August 16 (see address below). The winners will be announced during the ‘Good Neighbor Day‘ event on September 15!
This event and award ceremony is yet another reason why living in Wake Forest is so great…taking the time to recognize and celebrate the good deeds of our neighbors helps solidify the unity of the community even more!
