So you want to move to Wake Forest?  Certainly we understand why.  As Wake Forest Residents already we love living here.  The reasons are endless.  Great weather, incredible rolling hills and topography, friendliest people, incredible downtown, well maintained homes and neighborhoods, many choices in terms of places to worship. property values are super, low taxes, location to other cities, ability to be involved (very important), it’s quaint, The Factory, many options for GREAT schools, the 4th of July parade (don’t miss this), the Christmas parade, the art, The Cotton Company, Wake Forest Coffee Comapny, our restaurants, the Parks and Recreation Department, The Fish fry at the Fire House (Biggest event in Wake Forest), a progressive Chamber of Commerce, the Seminary and it’s beauty, did I mention the friendliest people?  I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

**  In the year 2000 Wake Forest had 14,288 residents.  In 2009 it had 27,496.  Wake Forest real estate has flourished.  Even in a time when many are seeing a recession.  Sure, it’s not all roses but owning a Wake Forest home has been a wiser investment than most.  Out little town remains quaint while being the 4th fastest growing municipality in Wake County and the 15th in the state of North Carolina!
