Just some the words you will hear from the baseball fields throughout the Wake Forest area.  For the month of February the Wake Forest Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting registration for their wonderful baseball leagues.

Youth Baseball, softball and T-Ball for boys between the ages of 5-17 and girls between 5-15.  The draft and placement of players will take place in April with games beginning in late April.  The season will run through the end of July.  There is a $40 fee for Wake Forest residents and an $80 fee for non residents. 

Dream League Baseball sponsored by the Wake Forest Parks and Recreation Department is an adaptive baseball league for special needs children.  The age range to participate in this is the same, 5-17.  All games are played on Saturday mornings ending in June.  The fees remain the same as above.

The ever popular Men’s Recreational Softball League Registration is also currently running.  Games to be played on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on March 7.  The entry fee for a team is $550.
