You read that correctly.  Things continue to move forward in the Wake Forest real estate market.  Not only are resales spiking right now heading into the spring market but builders are building again!  Wake Forest new construction saw 29 new home permits pulled in January 2014.  Four subdivisions highlight the package of permits.  Austin Creek, Traditions, Heritage South, and the Reserve!

National builders like Lennar and regional guys like Capital City Homes both are finding the market to truly being in a much better place than just 12 short months ago.  As local real estate expert, Chad Wingler, said …. “It’s a smoking hot market right now and there is a lack of inventory homes for buyers to choose from in some parts!”
