The second annual Wake Forest Mardi Gras celebration is coming up Saturday, March 1st! The festival will be great fun for children and adults and will be held in the town’s new Wake Forest Renaissance Centre! The day will kick off with a street festival which will include live music, special performances, face painting, a children’s parade, King & Queen costume contest and all kinds of other fun activities! Later in the evening, continue the fun during the Mardi Gras Renaissance Ball which will start at 7:00pm. The event is black-tie optional, but you are encouraged to ‘dress to impress’ and Mardi Gras masks are definitely highly recommended! Grab your tickets here, grab your neighbors and enjoy the fun all day and night. We hope to see many of our fellow Wake Forest residents there!
