Heritage continues to be one of the top selling communities in the Triangle, recording 73 sales in just the third quarter alone! This successful track record continues to make Heritage extremely attractive to home buyers and national builders, especially now that the community is getting closer to being fully built out.
The last streets in Heritage have recently been paved and there are only about 300 lots remaining (as of November, 2013) which are all expected to be sold within the next 18 months. 300 may sound like a lot, but the original plan only consisted of 900 homes…today there are more than 2,600 as well as several thousand apartment units!
Well known builders are looking to Heritage as a great place to secure land…the community continued to do well even during the economic downtown a few years ago, land is becoming more limited and the location, schools and amenities all make for a successful combination!
– Orleans Homes purchased 68 acres off Rodgers Rd along the southern edge of Heritage and they plan to begin construction in 2014 on a 130-lot subdivision called ‘Stonemill Falls’.
– Standard Pacific Homes purchased 72 acres near Heritage Elementary and Middle schools and they have plans for a 206-lot subdivision called ‘Homestead at Heritage’.
