Heritage Wake Forest

Slow growth?  Really?  Don’t tell those in Wake Forest.  Announced at this week’s town meeting that the Planning Board recommended that the Commissioners approve a 260 Unit apartment complex (Heritage Gardens) to be developed by US Properties of The Southeast.

If approved these apartments will be located just off of Rogers Road between the railroad tracks and South Main Street.  At first there was a concern that the developer had intended to surround the complex with a fence and a gate.  But, as you Wake Forest residents already know, gated communities are not allowed in Wake Forest.
