381 Wake Forest homes SOLD!

 

While reviewing the monthly numbers this week on homes for sale in Wake Forest NC it dawned on me that this is the type of information that the public may want access to as well.  We will continue to make short but informative posts about the “numbers” going forward.  

For example…currently there are 676 homes for sale in Wake Forest.  Of that number, 593 of them are detached stand alone homes.  When looking at the last 6 months it is interesting to note that 381 homes have closed in Wake Forest.  That is over 63 a month!  You can read these numbers any way you’d like to but the fact remains that people are still buying and selling houses.  Keep in mind this 6 month stretch included Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hannakah, Christmas, The Super Bowl, New Year’s, and a cold WINTER!  

I tell my clients that real estate is like the weather.  It does you no good to watch the forecast in Orange, MA when you live in Wake Forest, NC.  Fact is Raleigh real estate is so local that the forecast could be different depending on what part of a neighborhood you live in!
